The price shown is based on the product and options you select, so you already get a clear view of the production cost before ordering.Travel within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa is included in the price. For locations outside these areas, travel is charged at €0.60/km + VAT. If the total round-trip travel time exceeds two hours, travel time beyond the first two hours is charged at €100/hour + VAT. If the filming or photography location is more than 200 km by road from Kulttuuritalo in Helsinki, accommodation may also be required at €250/night + VAT.For some larger productions, such as higher production levels of Campaign Films, travel and accommodation costs are calculated specifically for the production.If you later want to expand the agreed production or add something outside the original scope, we’ll go through the change and any effect it may have on the price with you before the additional work is carried out. Travel and accommodation costs are calculated according to the travel terms for the selected product.For some larger productions, such as higher production levels of Campaign Films, travel and accommodation costs are calculated specifically for the production based on factors such as crew size, locations, schedule and the number of travel and accommodation days required.

We then confirm the final scope, price, schedule and other key production details with you.The production becomes binding once the Production Agreement has been signed by both parties.

You’ll first receive an order confirmation with a link to a short brief and a link to book a kick-off meeting.The brief covers the key things we need to know about the production, such as what the content will be used for, who it is for, your preferred schedule and anything else that would be useful for us to know.If the production requires a kick-off meeting, or if you would simply like to go through the details with us, you can use the link in your order confirmation to book a suitable time. In the kick-off meeting, we’ll go through the key details together before production begins.Once the scope, price and schedule are clear, we’ll send you the Production Agreement for electronic signature. You don’t need to prepare a presentation or know any production terminology.We use your order and brief as the starting point and go through the things that need to be clear before filming or photography: the purpose and audience, schedule, locations, people involved, responsibilities, deliverables and anything we need from you.The goal is simply to make sure everyone knows what is being made, who is responsible for what and what happens next.

We arrange the professional crew and practical production arrangements included in the product you have selected.Some things naturally need to come from your side. For example, if we are interviewing your employees or photographing your team, you would normally arrange for those people to be available. If we are filming at your premises, you would also help make sure we have access to the location.Some products also let you choose to handle specific parts yourself, such as providing the concept or script.We’ll make the responsibilities clear before production so you know what we need from you and what we’ll take care of.

There is no payment at the online checkout.Once the Production Agreement has been signed, we invoice 50% of the agreed production price in advance. The remaining 50% is invoiced when the production is completed, unless otherwise agreed.The standard payment term is 7 days for productions up to €3,000 and 14 days for productions over €3,000.

Yes. Your online selections give us the starting point for the production, but the details can still be refined before the Production Agreement is finalised.If you want to change something that affects the scope or price, we’ll confirm the change and the updated price with you before proceeding.Changes requested later during production may be treated as additional work if they fall outside the agreed scope.

Before the Production Agreement is signed, you can decide not to proceed with the production.Once the Production Agreement has been signed, we may already have reserved crew, equipment, locations or other resources for your project. If you cancel after that point, you’ll be charged for work already completed, agreed non-refundable costs or commitments, and a cancellation fee of 20% of the agreed production price.If you need to move an agreed filming, photography or other production date, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll look for a new date based on availability.If moving the date creates additional costs, for example for crew, studio, equipment, travel or other bookings, we’ll let you know.

Delivery times depend on the product, and many products let you choose the delivery speed when placing your order.Where a delivery time is given in business days, weekends and public holidays are not included. Unless otherwise stated for the product, the delivery time runs from the end of filming or photography to the first delivery.Materials are delivered digitally.

Unless otherwise stated for the product, one consolidated revision round is included.One revision round means one collected set of feedback on the first version. You can send the comments by email or message, or go through them with us in a call — the important thing is that the feedback is gathered into one round.We recommend having everyone who needs to approve the content review it at this stage. That way, any changes can be included at the same time and you’re less likely to need additional revisions later.Content changes requested after the included revision round are billed at €150/hour + VAT.

The exact deliverables are listed on each product page and confirmed for your production before work begins.Depending on the product, the delivery may include different versions for different channels, such as horizontal 16:9, vertical 9:16 and square 1:1, as well as subtitle files or videos with subtitles included.You don’t need to know the technical terminology when ordering. What matters is where you plan to use the content, and we’ll make sure the required versions are clear before production.

Unless otherwise agreed, the finished videos and photos come with two years of commercial usage rights, including paid advertising.After the two-year period, content that has already been published can remain on your company’s own channels for organic use, such as your website, YouTube channel and social media profiles.If you want to use the content in paid advertising after that, the usage rights can be extended separately.If a production has any specific restrictions, for example because of a performer or third-party licence, we’ll make those clear for that production.

Raw footage, unedited photos and production project files are not normally part of the standard delivery.If you have a particular reason for needing them, let us know. Their delivery can be agreed separately where possible.

Yes.Non-public information shared with us for a video or photo production is treated as confidential and is only shared with the people or production partners who need it to carry out the work.If the project has a launch date, embargo, restriction on reference use or any other confidentiality requirement, let us know so we can take it into account from the start.
