1. Order and select your options

Choose the number of people to be photographed, whether you need a studio, the number of photoshoot locations, your first delivery time and production level. Add the product to your cart and place your order.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days after your order.

2. Brief and production details

After ordering, you’ll receive a guided brief form to give us the essential information about the production.

In the brief, you can also choose whether you’d like to have a kick-off meeting with us. If you do, you’ll get a link to book a suitable time.

If you already have a preferred or fixed photoshoot date, you can include it in the brief.

After we receive your brief, we confirm the production details and arrange the photoshoot date with you. If you choose to have a kick-off, we can go through the details together there first.

If any of your selections need to be adjusted, we confirm the changes and final price before production starts.

Once the production details are confirmed, you’ll receive an e-signable production agreement.

3. Photoshoot and first delivery

We conduct the photoshoot and send your first delivery within the delivery time selected when ordering.

4. Choose your final images

Choose five images per person from the first delivery.

Your selected images are then delivered without watermarks and licensed for your use.

If you would like small retouching adjustments to the selected images, one revision round is included.

1. Person count

Choose the total number of people to be photographed as part of the production.

Options:

• 1 person

• Up to 5 persons

• Up to 15 persons

• Up to 30 persons

2. Studio

Choose Yes if you would like us to arrange a studio for the photoshoot.

Choose No if a studio is not needed. The photoshoot can take place, for example, at your premises or another suitable location. The exact location can be confirmed after ordering.

Choose Don’t know if you’re not sure yet.

3. Delivery time / First delivery

Choose how soon you would like to receive the first delivery after the photoshoot.

Options:

• 24 hours

• 3 business days

• 7 business days

Delivery time is calculated from the photoshoot in business days, so weekends are not included.

The selected delivery time applies to the first delivery. Any later revision work is completed after you have selected your final images and provided your feedback.

4. Number of photoshoot locations

Choose how many different locations the production needs to cover.

One location means one photoshoot site where we set up and photograph. For example:

• One office = 1 location

• Two separate offices = 2 locations

• Studio + office = 2 locations

Moving the production to another building or site where the photoshoot setup needs to be arranged again counts as another location.

5. Production level

Both production levels include professional photography and editing. The difference is how much planning and production work goes into the visual approach and execution.

Light:

A straightforward and efficient portrait photoshoot with minimal advance visual planning. We work with the selected location and a simple setup to photograph each person efficiently.

As a general guide, reserve around 10-15 minutes per person. The actual schedule is confirmed with you once the production details are agreed.

Premium:

A more planned and tailored portrait photoshoot. Before the shoot, we define the visual direction and can share references showing the type of portraits we plan to create.

More attention is given to the overall look, including the background, lighting and setup. Where suitable, this can include elements such as backgrounds or your brand colours to make the portraits more specific to your organisation.

As a general guide, reserve around 30 minutes per person. The actual schedule is confirmed with you once the production details are agreed.

For larger groups or tighter schedules, the time per person can often be adjusted.

Hair, makeup and wardrobe styling are not included in either production level.

Delivery formats

• High-resolution JPEG images (max. 5 MB/image)

• Larger files available if needed

• Delivery via download link (Google Drive or similar)

Usage rights and copyrights

Unless otherwise stated, you receive a two-year license to use the five selected final images per photographed person in paid advertising and in your own channels.

After this period, you may continue using the selected images in your own channels for non-paid purposes.

Extended usage rights can be agreed separately.

Visual Goods (blind huck Oy, 3390334-5 / FI33903345) retains the copyrights to all produced material.

Pricing and payment

No payment is required at checkout.

We invoice:

• 50% after the production details are confirmed and the production agreement is e-signed

• 50% after final delivery

Revisions and retouching

One light retouching round is included for the five selected images per person.

This covers small adjustments such as minor skin, hair or similar details.

Further changes or more extensive retouching can be agreed separately and are billed at €150/h (+ VAT).

Travel and accommodation costs

Travel is included within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa.

For locations outside Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa:

• Kilometer compensation: €0.60/km (+ VAT), calculated for the round trip using the shortest Google Maps route: Kallio, Helsinki → photoshoot location → Kallio

• Travel time: €100/h (+ VAT). The first 2 hours of total round-trip travel time are included. Only travel time exceeding 2 hours is billed. For example, 4 hours of total travel time means 2 billable hours.

• Overnight accommodation: €250/night (+ VAT) if the photoshoot location is more than 200 km one way from Kallio, Helsinki

Payment terms

• Productions up to €3,000 (+ VAT): 7 days

• Productions over €3,000 (+ VAT): 14 days

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
