1. Order and select your options

Choose the number of videos, how the video topics and on-camera scripts will be handled, who will appear in the videos, whether you want Visual Goods to arrange a studio or location, and your preferred first delivery time. Add the product to your cart and place your order.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days after your order.

2. Brief and production details

After ordering, you’ll receive a guided brief form to give us the essential information about the production.

In the brief, you can choose whether you’d like to have a kick-off meeting with us. A booking link is available in both your order confirmation and the brief.

After we receive your brief, we confirm the production details and agree on the filming date with you. If you book a kick-off meeting, we can go through the details together.

If any of your selections need to change, we’ll review the changes with you and confirm the final price before production begins.

If you choose one or more performers arranged by Visual Goods, we’ll hold a kick-off meeting for the production. Filming can take place no earlier than two weeks after the kick-off meeting.

Once the production details have been confirmed, you’ll receive the Production Agreement for electronic signature.

3. Video topics and on-camera scripts

If you would like us to develop the video topics, we’ll suggest more options than you ultimately need. For example, for a four-video package, we may suggest around eight potential topics for you to choose from.

If you would also like us to write the on-camera scripts, we create the spoken text based on the approved topics and the information provided in your brief. You’ll receive the scripts for approval before filming and can provide one round of comments before they are finalised.

If you have already planned the topics or written the spoken scripts yourself, we review the material before filming to make sure it works for the selected video format.

4. Filming

During the shoot, we focus on helping the person on camera deliver the message clearly and naturally. We direct them throughout filming, and a teleprompter is available so the spoken script can be read directly to camera without having to memorise it.

We build the setup around the person, the message and the spoken delivery. We make sure the image and sound are clear and that the lighting works for the filming environment.

5. First delivery

You receive the first edited version according to the delivery time selected when ordering.

If the production includes several consecutive filming days, the delivery time starts from the final filming day. If the filming days take place as separate shoots at different times, the delivery time is calculated separately after each shoot.

6. Review and final delivery

Once you have reviewed the first version, you can send us your requested changes in one review round included in the price.

We make the agreed changes and deliver the final video files. Turnaround for revisions depends on the scope and nature of the requested changes.

Each video is approximately 30–90 seconds long.

For multi-video packages, the topics and spoken scripts can be planned as a connected series or as separate standalone videos depending on what you want to communicate.

The final structure is confirmed with you after ordering.

2. Video topics

Choose whether you already know the topics for your videos or would like us to develop them with you.

In the brief, tell us what you want the videos to achieve, who they are for and what product, service, part of your business or other topic you want to communicate.

We suggest more potential topics than are needed for the final package. For example, for a four-video package, we may suggest around eight topics for you to choose from.

3. On-camera scripts

In this product, the script refers primarily to the spoken text delivered by the person on camera.

Choose whether you want to write the scripts yourself or have us write them for you.

You send us the spoken scripts before filming. We review them to make sure the length and structure work for a 30–90 second video and for delivery from a teleprompter.

We write the spoken scripts based on the agreed video topics, your goals and the information provided in your brief.

You receive the scripts for approval before filming, and one review round is included before they are finalised.

Video topics and on-camera scripts are separate options. For example, you can provide the topics yourself and leave the actual scriptwriting to us.

4. Who appears in the videos?

Choose whether the videos feature people from your own organisation or one, two or three performers arranged by Visual Goods.

Our own people

The videos can feature, for example, your employees, experts, leadership team or company founders.

Performer(s) arranged by Visual Goods

You can choose one, two or three performers arranged by Visual Goods, depending on how many different people you would like to feature across the video series.

If you choose multiple performers, we agree during the kick-off meeting how their appearances are divided across the videos and filming days.

If you choose one or more performers arranged by Visual Goods, we’ll hold a kick-off meeting for the production. Filming can take place no earlier than two weeks after the kick-off meeting.

5. Studio / location arranged by Visual Goods

Choose whether you would like us to arrange a studio or another suitable filming location.

Filming takes place, for example, at your premises or another suitable location that has already been arranged. The final location can be confirmed after ordering.

6. First delivery

Choose how quickly you would like to receive the first version after filming.

Options:

• 7 business days

• 14 business days

• 21 business days

The delivery time is counted in business days from the end of filming. Weekends are not included.

If filming takes place over several consecutive days, the delivery time starts from the final filming day. If the filming days take place as separate shoots at different times, the delivery time is calculated separately after each shoot.

The selected delivery time applies to the first version. If changes are needed, one review round is included after you have reviewed the first version. Turnaround for revisions depends on the scope and nature of the requested changes.

Supporting footage / B-roll

This product does not normally include separate supporting footage or B-roll filming. B-roll means additional footage used alongside the spoken part of the video, such as people working, environments, products, details or other supporting visuals.

If you need separately filmed supporting footage alongside the spoken content, our Interview Video or another broader video production may be a better fit.

Light graphics

The videos can include light graphics adapted to your brand, such as name and title graphics, dynamic text elements or other simple graphic elements. Extensive animation or motion graphics are not included in this product.

Package validity

The product package is valid for six months from the date of order. This means that all filming days included in the package must take place within that six-month period.

If the filming for a multi-video package is split across different dates, the final filming day must also fall within the six-month period.

Usage rights and copyrights

Unless otherwise stated, the delivered videos include a two-year licence for paid advertising and organic use, for example across your own channels.

Organic posts published during the licence period may remain live on your company’s own channels after the two-year period ends. If the video features a performer arranged by Visual Goods, this is also reflected in the agreement we make with the performer. If you would like to use the material in new paid advertising after the licence period or require broader usage rights, these can be agreed separately.

Visual Goods (blind huck Oy, Business ID 3390334-5 / VAT ID FI33903345) retains the copyright to all produced material.

Pricing and payment

No payment is charged when you place the order.

We invoice:

• 50% after the production details have been confirmed and the Production Agreement has been electronically signed

• 50% after final delivery

Revisions

If Visual Goods writes the on-camera scripts, one review round is included before filming.

One review round is also included for the edited videos: first version → revisions → final delivery.

Additional revisions can be agreed separately and are billed at €150/hour + VAT.

If the production needs change substantially after ordering, for example if you would like to add separately filmed supporting footage or more extensive graphics, we will review the change and any effect on the price with you before proceeding.

Travel and accommodation costs

Travel within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa is included in the price.

Outside Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa:

• Mileage: €0.60/km + VAT, based on the shortest driving route in Google Maps for the round trip: Helsinki Hall of Culture (Sturenkatu 4, 00510 Helsinki) → filming location → Helsinki Hall of Culture

• Travel time: €100/hour + VAT. The first two hours of total round-trip travel time are included. Only travel time exceeding two hours is billed. For example, if the total round-trip travel time is four hours, two hours are billed.

• Accommodation: €250/night + VAT if the one-way driving distance from Helsinki Hall of Culture to the filming location exceeds 200 km

Payment terms

• Productions up to €3,000 + VAT: 7 days

• Productions over €3,000 + VAT: 14 days

All prices exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added to invoices in accordance with current legislation.

Order and price confirmation

VisualGoods.store is an online store operated by blind huck Oy (Business ID 3390334-5). We review the order details and price before the Production Agreement is signed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or content errors in the online store before the agreement is confirmed. If we identify an error, we will contact you and review it with you before entering into the agreement.
