1. Order and select your options

Choose the number of interviewees, number of videos, filming locations, studio option and first delivery time. Add the product to your cart and place your order.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days after your order.

2. Brief and production details

After ordering, you’ll receive a guided brief form to give us the essential information about the production.

In the brief, you can choose whether you’d like to have a kick-off meeting with us. A booking link is available in both your order confirmation and the brief.

If you already have a preferred or fixed filming date, you can include it in the brief.

After we receive your brief, we confirm the production details and arrange the filming date with you. If you choose to have a kick-off, we can go through the details together there first.

If any of your selections need to be adjusted, we agree on the changes and final price together before production starts.

Once the production details are confirmed, you’ll receive an e-signable production agreement.

3. Filming

We prepare the interview questions, guide the interviewees and film the interviews. We also capture the agreed supporting footage/B-roll during the shoot.

A standard interview usually takes around 30–45 minutes per interviewee. If the interviewee also appears in supporting footage, additional time may be needed. We confirm the actual schedule with you once the production details are agreed.

4. First delivery

We edit the videos and send you the first version within the delivery time selected when ordering.

5. Review and final delivery

After reviewing the first version, if changes are needed, one revision round is included.

We then make the agreed changes and deliver the final video files. The turnaround for revisions depends on the amount and nature of the requested changes.

1. Number of interviewees

Choose the total number of people to be interviewed as part of the production.

Options:

• 1 person

• Up to 3 persons

• Up to 5 persons

• Don’t know

The interviewee count applies to the whole production, not separately to each video. The people you select can be used across the videos in whatever structure works best for the content.

For example:

• 3 interviewees + 1 video: all three interviewees can appear in the same video.

• 1 interviewee + 2 videos: both videos can be created from the same interview.

• 4 interviewees + 4 videos: the videos can focus on individual interviewees or combine several people across the videos.

The exact structure is confirmed with you after ordering.

2. Number of videos

Choose how much finished video content you need.

Each video includes:

• ~2-minute main video

• 15-second cutdown

If you select more than one video, the main video content can either be divided into separate videos or combined into a longer video.

For example, selecting two videos can result in:

• Two ~2-minute main videos + two 15-second cutdowns, or

• One ~4-minute main video + two 15-second cutdowns

The exact structure is confirmed with you after ordering based on what the content needs to communicate.

3. Filming location count

Choose how many different locations the production needs to cover.

One location means one filming site where we set up and film. For example:

• One office = 1 location

• Two separate offices = 2 locations

• Studio + office = 2 locations

Moving the production to another building or site where the filming setup needs to be arranged again counts as another location.

4. Studio

Choose Yes if you would like us to arrange a studio for the filming.

Choose No if a studio is not needed. The filming can take place, for example, at your premises or another suitable location. The exact location can be confirmed after ordering.

Choose Don’t know if you’re not sure yet.

A studio arranged by us counts as one filming location.

5. Delivery time / First delivery

Choose how soon you would like to receive the first version after filming.

Options:

• 5 business days

• 14 business days

• 21 business days

Delivery time is calculated from the filming day in business days, so weekends are not included.

The selected delivery time applies to the first version. If changes are needed, the included revision round takes place after the first version has been reviewed. The turnaround for revisions depends on the amount and nature of the requested changes.

Delivery formats

• MP4 (H.264)

• ProRes 422 HQ available if needed

• 4K or Full HD

• 16:9 (landscape), 9:16 (vertical) and 1:1 (square)

• Subtitles as an .srt file and a version with subtitles burned into the video

• Delivery via download link (Google Drive or similar)

Usage rights and copyrights

Unless otherwise stated, you receive a two-year license to use the delivered videos in paid advertising and in your own channels.

After this period, you may continue using the videos in your own channels for non-paid purposes.

Extended usage rights can be agreed separately.

Visual Goods (blind huck Oy, 3390334-5 / FI33903345) retains the copyrights to all produced material.

Pricing and payment

No payment is required at checkout.

We invoice:

• 50% after the production details are confirmed and the production agreement is e-signed

• 50% after final delivery

Revisions

One revision round is included (first version → revisions → final delivery).

Further changes can be agreed separately and are billed at €150/h (+ VAT).

Travel and accommodation costs

Travel is included within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa.

For locations outside Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa:

• Kilometer compensation: €0.60/km (+ VAT), calculated for the round trip using the shortest Google Maps route: Kallio, Helsinki → filming location → Kallio

• Travel time: €100/h (+ VAT). The first 2 hours of total round-trip travel time are included. Only travel time exceeding 2 hours is billed. For example, 4 hours of total travel time means 2 billable hours.

• Overnight accommodation: €250/night (+ VAT) if the filming location is more than 200 km one way from Kallio, Helsinki

Payment terms

• Productions up to €3,000 (+ VAT): 7 days

• Productions over €3,000 (+ VAT): 14 days

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
