1. Order and select your options

Choose the number of products, product size and production level, add the product to your cart and place your order.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days after your order.

2. Brief and kick-off

After ordering, you’ll receive a guided brief form to give us the essential information about the product, intended use and what you would like the video to communicate or feel like.

You’ll also receive a link to book a kick-off meeting. We use the brief and kick-off to understand the product, discuss the direction and confirm the practical details needed for planning the production.

Based on this information, we plan the filming approach and suitable environment. Depending on the product and creative concept, filming could take place at your premises, another suitable location and/or in a studio. We’ll present the planned approach and agree on the production details with you before moving forward.

If any of your original selections need to be adjusted, we agree on the changes and final price together before production starts.

Once the production details are confirmed, you’ll receive an e-signable production agreement.

3. Pre-production

We prepare the production based on the agreed direction and the production level you selected.

For a Light production, we plan a focused approach around the product and share a visual reference showing the type of video and style we intend to create.

For a Premium production, we develop the creative concept and visual direction further. Before filming, we share a more detailed presentation with references, moodboards and the planned approach for the video.

4. Filming

We film the product or products based on the agreed creative concept and production approach.

5. First delivery

We edit and finish the video and send you the first version approximately 2–3 weeks from the filming day.

6. Review and final delivery

After reviewing the first version, if changes are needed, one revision round is included.

We then make the agreed changes and deliver the final video files. The turnaround for revisions depends on the amount and nature of the requested changes.

1. Number of products

Choose how many products you would like to include in the production.

Options:

• 1 product

• 2 products

• 3 products

If you select multiple products, they are included in the same Product Film.

If you have several versions of the same product, such as different colours, labels or other variations, let us know in the brief. We’ll go through them during the kick-off and confirm how they should be handled in the production.

A larger number of variations may affect the scope and final price depending on how they need to be filmed.

2. Product size

Choose the size option closest to your product.

If you are filming multiple products, choose the option closest to their approximate average size.

Options:

• Up to 15 × 15 × 15 cm

• Up to 50 × 50 × 50 cm

• Up to 1 × 1 × 1 m

• Bigger

Think of these as approximate size categories rather than exact measurements. Choose the option that best represents the physical size of your product or the average size of the products included.

The product size helps us estimate the type of space, setup and equipment the production may require. We’ll review the actual products and production needs with you during the kick-off.

If you select Bigger, the displayed price is a starting price. We’ll confirm the production setup and final price with you after we know more about the product and planned production.

3. Production level

Choose the production level based on how extensive you would like the concept and production to be.

Light production

A focused production built mainly around the product itself.

The creative concept and filming setup are kept relatively simple, while still being planned around how the product should look and feel on screen. Before filming, we share a visual reference showing the direction we intend to take.

Premium production

A more extensive production with additional creative concept development, visual planning and production possibilities.

The video can go beyond filming the product itself and introduce more storytelling, environments or supporting material around it. For example, a Premium production could include footage of how or where the product is made, people interacting with it, or other elements that help build a wider story.

The production can also make greater use of studio setups, set elements, lighting, specialised equipment or other visual techniques when they support the creative concept.

Before filming, we share a more detailed presentation with references, moodboards and the planned direction of the video.

The exact approach is planned around the product and what the video needs to communicate.

Delivery formats

• MP4 (H.264)

• ProRes 422 HQ available if needed

• 4K or Full HD

• 16:9 (landscape), 9:16 (vertical) and 1:1 (square)

• Subtitles: .srt file + a version with subtitles burned into the video

• Delivery via download link (Google Drive or similar)

Usage rights and copyrights

Unless otherwise stated, you receive a two-year license to use the delivered video in paid advertising and in your own channels.

After this period, you may continue using the video in your own channels for non-paid purposes.

Extended usage rights can be agreed separately.

Visual Goods (blind huck Oy, 3390334-5 / FI33903345) retains the copyrights to all produced material.

Pricing and payment

No payment is required at checkout.

We invoice:

• 50% after the production details are confirmed and the production agreement is e-signed

• 50% after final delivery

Revisions

One revision round is included (first version → revisions → final delivery).

Further changes can be agreed separately and are billed at €150/h (+ VAT).

Travel and accommodation costs

Travel is included within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa.

For locations outside Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa:

• Kilometer compensation: €0.60/km (+ VAT), calculated for the round trip using the shortest Google Maps route: Kallio, Helsinki → filming location → Kallio

• Travel time: €100/h (+ VAT). The first 2 hours of total round-trip travel time are included. Only travel time exceeding 2 hours is billed. For example, 4 hours of total travel time means 2 billable hours.

• Overnight accommodation: €250/night (+ VAT) if the filming location is more than 200 km one way from Kallio, Helsinki

Payment terms

• Productions up to €3,000 (+ VAT): 7 days

• Productions over €3,000 (+ VAT): 14 days

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
