1. Order and select your options

Choose the number of products, product size, number of photos per product and studio/location option, add the product to your cart and place your order.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days after your order.

2. Brief and production details

After ordering, you’ll receive a guided brief form to give us the essential information about the products, intended use and the look you have in mind for the images.

In the brief, you can choose whether you’d like to have a kick-off meeting with us. A booking link is available in both your order confirmation and the brief.

If you already have a preferred or fixed photoshoot date, you can include it in the brief.

Based on the information you provide, we plan the photography setup and confirm the photoshoot location, products and other practical details with you.

If you choose to have us arrange the shooting environment, we plan a suitable studio, location and set based on the products and the intended look.

If you’re not sure which option is right for your products, choose Don’t know and we’ll help determine the suitable approach after ordering.

If any of your selections need to be adjusted, we agree on the changes and final price together before production starts.

Once the production details are confirmed, you’ll receive an e-signable production agreement.

3. Photoshoot

We photograph the products according to the agreed setup and visual direction.

4. First delivery

We prepare and retouch the images and send you the first delivery within 15 business days of the photoshoot.

5. Review and final delivery

After reviewing the first delivery, if changes are needed, one revision round is included.

We then make the agreed changes and deliver the final image files. The turnaround for revisions depends on the amount and nature of the requested changes.

1. Number of products

Choose how many products you would like us to photograph.

Options:

• 1 product

• 2 products

• 3 products

• 4 products

• 5 products

• More

If you have several versions of the same product, such as different colours, sizes, labels or other variations, tell us about them in the brief. Once we know what the variations are and how you would like them to appear in the images, we can determine how they affect the scope and final price.

If you select More, the displayed price is a starting price. We’ll confirm the number of products, scope and final price with you before production starts.

2. Product size

Choose the size option closest to your product.

If multiple products are included, choose the option closest to their approximate average size.

Options:

• Up to 15 × 15 × 15 cm

• Up to 50 × 50 × 50 cm

• Up to 1 × 1 × 1 m

• Bigger

Think of these as approximate size categories rather than exact measurements. Choose the option that best represents the physical size of your product or the average size of the selected products.

The product size gives us the information we need to plan the space, setup and equipment for the photoshoot.

If you select Bigger, the displayed price is a starting price. Once we know more about the product and what you would like to create, we can determine what the production requires and confirm the final price with you.

3. Number of photos per product

Choose the range that includes the number of finished photos you need per selected product.

Options:

• 1–5 photos per product

• 6–10 photos per product

• 11–15 photos per product

You can decide the exact number within the selected range. For example, if you need 8 photos per selected product, choose 6–10 photos per product.

The number applies to the products selected in the Number of products dropdown. For example:

• 2 selected products × 15 photos = 30 photos in total

• 5 selected products × 10 photos = 50 photos in total

Additional colour, label, size or other product variations do not automatically receive the selected number of photos each. We’ll take any variations into account when planning the overall photo set.

4. Studio / location arranged by us

Choose whether you would like us to arrange the shooting environment.

Yes – We arrange a suitable studio or other location and plan the set design around your products and the intended look.

Set design means planning the environment in which the products are photographed so it supports the desired mood, theme and visual direction. Depending on the product, this can include backgrounds, surfaces, props and how the different elements are arranged around the product.

For larger products, this may mean finding a suitable environment rather than building a smaller studio set.

No – The products are photographed at another agreed location, such as your premises or another location available for the production.

Don’t know – Choose this if you’re unsure which setup is suitable. We’ll review the products and intended result with you after ordering and determine the right approach.

If you select Don’t know, the displayed price is a starting price. We’ll confirm the final price with you before production starts.

Delivery formats

• High-resolution JPEG images

• Maximum file size approximately 5 MB per image

• Larger files available if needed

• Delivery via download link (Google Drive or similar)

Image retouching

The delivered images include product retouching where needed. This can include removing dust, dirt and minor surface imperfections, as well as refining details such as labels and reflections.

The amount and type of retouching depends on the product and the images being delivered.

Usage rights and copyrights

Unless otherwise stated, you receive a two-year license to use the delivered images in paid advertising and in your own channels.

After this period, you may continue using the images in your own channels for non-paid purposes.

Extended usage rights can be agreed separately.

Visual Goods (blind huck Oy, 3390334-5 / FI33903345) retains the copyrights to all produced material.

Pricing and payment

No payment is required at checkout.

We invoice:

• 50% after the production details are confirmed and the production agreement is e-signed

• 50% after final delivery

Revisions

One revision round is included (first delivery → revisions → final delivery).

Further changes can be agreed separately and are billed at €150/h (+ VAT).

Travel and accommodation costs

Travel is included within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa.

For locations outside Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa:

• Kilometer compensation: €0.60/km (+ VAT), calculated for the round trip using the shortest Google Maps route: Kallio, Helsinki → photoshoot location → Kallio

• Travel time: €100/h (+ VAT). The first 2 hours of total round-trip travel time are included. Only travel time exceeding 2 hours is billed. For example, 4 hours of total travel time means 2 billable hours.

• Overnight accommodation: €250/night (+ VAT) if the photoshoot location is more than 200 km one way from Kallio, Helsinki

Payment terms

• Productions up to €3,000 (+ VAT): 7 days

• Productions over €3,000 (+ VAT): 14 days

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
