1. Order and select your options

Choose the number of main videos, any additional cutdowns and delivery time, add the product to your cart and place your order.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days after your order.

2. Brief and production details

After ordering, you’ll receive a guided brief form to give us the essential information about the production.

For this product, you provide the basic content direction. You don’t need a finished script, but we recommend having a simple plan for what you want to film and communicate, and sharing it with us before the shoot. This can be as simple as who or what we’re filming, what happens on camera and the main point of the videos.

In the brief, you can choose whether you’d like to have a kick-off meeting with us. A booking link is available in both your order confirmation and the brief.

If you already have a preferred or fixed filming date, you can include it in the brief.

After we receive your brief, we confirm the filming date, location and other practical details with you. If you choose to have a kick-off, we can go through the details together there first.

If any of your selections need to be adjusted, we agree on the changes and final price together before production starts.

Once the production details are confirmed, you’ll receive an e-signable production agreement.

3. Filming

We film the agreed content during one filming session of up to 4 hours in total, regardless of the number of videos selected. The selected number of videos is then created from the material filmed during this time.

We use daylight and the lighting already available at the location. No separate lighting setup is planned or built for this product.

4. First delivery

We edit the videos and send you the first versions within the delivery time selected when ordering.

5. Review and final delivery

After reviewing the first versions, if changes are needed, one revision round is included.

We then make the agreed changes and deliver the final video files. The turnaround for revisions depends on the amount and nature of the requested changes.

1. Number of videos

Choose how many main videos you would like us to produce.

Options:

• 1 video

• 2 videos

Each video includes:

• Main video up to 1 minute

• One 15-second cutdown from the main video

All videos are created from the material filmed during the included 4-hour filming session.

2. Additional 15-second cutdown versions

Choose whether you would like additional short versions in addition to the cutdown version already included with each main video.

Options:

• No additional cutdowns

• 1 additional cutdown

• 2 additional cutdowns

• 3 additional cutdowns

• 4 additional cutdowns

• 5 additional cutdowns

The additional cutdowns are created from the same filmed material used for the main videos.

3. Delivery time / First delivery

Choose how soon you would like to receive the first versions after filming.

Options:

• 3 business days

• 7 business days

• 15 business days

All delivery times are calculated from the filming day in business days, so weekends are not included.

The selected delivery time applies to the first versions. If changes are needed, the included revision round takes place after the first versions have been reviewed. The turnaround for revisions depends on the amount and nature of the requested changes.

• Delivery via download link (Google Drive or similar)

Usage rights and copyrights

Unless otherwise stated, you receive a two-year license to use the delivered videos in paid advertising and in your own channels.

After this period, you may continue using the videos in your own channels for non-paid purposes.

Extended usage rights can be agreed separately.

Visual Goods (blind huck Oy, 3390334-5 / FI33903345) retains the copyrights to all produced material.

Pricing and payment

No payment is required at checkout.

We invoice:

• 50% after the production details are confirmed and the production agreement is e-signed

• 50% after final delivery

Revisions

One revision round is included (first versions → revisions → final delivery).

Further changes can be agreed separately and are billed at €150/h (+ VAT).

Travel and accommodation costs

Travel is included within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa.

For locations outside Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa:

• Kilometer compensation: €0.60/km (+ VAT), calculated for the round trip using the shortest Google Maps route: Kallio, Helsinki → filming location → Kallio

• Travel time: €100/h (+ VAT). The first 2 hours of total round-trip travel time are included. Only travel time exceeding 2 hours is billed. For example, 4 hours of total travel time means 2 billable hours.

• Overnight accommodation: €250/night (+ VAT) if the filming location is more than 200 km one way from Kallio, Helsinki

Payment terms

• Productions up to €3,000 (+ VAT): 7 days

• Productions over €3,000 (+ VAT): 14 days

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
