VG-Coins are prepaid credits you can use on any Visual Goods product whenever you need them. One VG-Coin equals €1 of spending value in our store.
Buy a larger amount in advance and you’ll pay less for the same spending value — the more VG-Coins you get, the better the rate. Keep them ready for upcoming projects and use as many as you want whenever something comes up, without having to decide in advance what you’ll spend them on.
When you’re ready to use them, simply choose the product you want and let us know you’d like to use your VG-Coins towards the order. We’ll take care of the rest.

HOW IT WORKS?
1. Choose your VG-Coins
Select the amount of VG-Coins you want and add the product to your cart and place your order.
After ordering, you’ll receive an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, your VG-Coins are activated and ready to use.
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days after your order.
2. Use them whenever you need
Your VG-Coins can be used towards any product in the Visual Goods store. One VG-Coin equals €1 of spending value.
When placing an order, simply let us know you want to use your available VG-Coins. You can use them to cover the full order or part of it.
VG-Coins can also be used for additional production costs, such as travel expenses.
3. We keep track of your balance
We keep a record of your available VG-Coins and deduct them as you use them.
You can ask for your current balance at any time, and if needed, we can also provide a breakdown of where your VG-Coins have been used.
4. Use them within 24 months
Your VG-Coins are valid for 24 months from the date they are activated.
Any unused VG-Coins expire after the 24-month validity period.
