1. Order and select your options

Choose the number of episodes, episode duration, number of participants, filming location, social media clips and first delivery time. Add the product to your cart and place your order.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days after your order.

2. Brief and production details

After ordering, you’ll receive a guided brief form to give us the essential information about the production.

In the brief, you can choose whether you’d like to have a kick-off meeting with us. A booking link is available in both your order confirmation and the brief.

If you already have preferred or fixed filming dates, you can include them in the brief. You can also share the episode topics, participants and filming location details.

After we receive your brief, we confirm the production details and arrange the filming dates with you. If you choose to have a kick-off, we can go through the details together there first.

If any of your selections need to be adjusted, we agree on the changes and final price together before production starts.

Once the production details are confirmed, you’ll receive an e-signable production agreement.

3. Filming

We prepare the filming setup and record the podcast episodes using multiple cameras and individual microphones. You arrange the participants and discussion topics, and we take care of the technical production.

Each episode includes one filming session. If you order multiple episodes, the filming sessions can take place on separate dates or during the same filming day.

If filming takes place at a location arranged by you, our crew needs approximately:

• 2.5 hours for a 30-minute episode

• 3 hours for a 60-minute episode

• 3.5 hours for a 90-minute episode

These times include equipment setup, recording and packing up.

If we arrange the studio or filming location, the setup is prepared before you arrive. Participants usually arrive around 30 minutes before recording and can leave once the recording is complete.

We confirm the actual schedule with you once the production details are agreed.

4. First delivery

We edit the videos and send you the first version within the delivery time selected when ordering.

Each episode is delivered together with its social media clips. The selected delivery time applies separately to each episode, calculated from its filming day. If multiple episodes are filmed on the same day, the same delivery time applies to all of them.

5. Review and final delivery

After reviewing the first version, if changes are needed, one revision round is included.

Any feedback can be shared together for each delivered set of episodes and social media clips. If episodes are delivered at different times, each delivered set has its own revision round.

We then make the agreed changes and deliver the final video files. The turnaround for revisions depends on the amount and nature of the requested changes.

1. Number of episodes

Choose how many finished video podcast episodes you need.

Options:

• 1 episode

• 2 episodes

• 3 episodes

• 4 episodes

• 6 episodes

• 8 episodes

Each episode includes:

• One filming session

• One finished video podcast episode of your selected duration

• 2 or 4 social media clips, depending on your selection

If you select multiple episodes, they can be filmed on separate dates. You don't need to arrange all participants for the same filming day.

The filming sessions must be completed within the following periods, starting from the production agreement:

• 1–3 episodes: within 6 months

• 4–8 episodes: within 12 months

The exact filming schedule is confirmed with you after ordering.

2. Episode duration

Choose the maximum length of each finished podcast episode.

Options:

• Up to 30 minutes

• Up to 60 minutes

• Up to 90 minutes

The selected duration applies to every episode included in your order.

The conversation should generally be planned around the intended length of the finished episode. We edit the recording to improve the flow, remove unnecessary pauses and interruptions, and make appropriate cuts where needed.

The approximate recording times are:

• Up to 30-minute episode: 30–45 minutes

• Up to 60-minute episode: 60–75 minutes

• Up to 90-minute episode: 90–110 minutes

If filming takes place at a location arranged by you, our crew needs approximately 2.5, 3 or 3.5 hours at the location, depending on the selected episode duration. This includes equipment setup, recording and packing up.

If we arrange the studio or filming location, the equipment is prepared before you arrive. Participants usually need to arrive around 30 minutes before recording.

If multiple episodes are filmed during the same visit, we confirm the combined schedule with you after ordering.

3. Number of participants

Choose how many people will take part in your podcast episodes.

Options:

• 1 person

• 2 people

• 3 people

• 4 people

If you're ordering multiple episodes with different numbers of participants, choose the option that best reflects the average number of participants per episode.

For example, if some episodes have two participants and others have three, choose the option that best matches your overall production.

The exact structure is confirmed with you after ordering.

If you need more than four participants in an episode, get in touch and we'll discuss the options.

4. Studio

Choose Yes if you would like us to arrange a studio or another suitable filming location.

Choose No if the filming takes place at your premises or another suitable location arranged by you.

If you arrange the location, the space should be suitable for sound recording and have enough room for the participants and filming equipment. Our crew will need approximately 2.5–3.5 hours at the location per episode, depending on the selected duration. The exact location can be confirmed after ordering.

If we arrange the studio or filming location, we take care of the setup before you arrive. You and the other participants can simply arrive around 30 minutes before recording starts and leave once the recording is finished.

If you order multiple episodes, the selected studio option applies to all filming sessions.

5. Social media clips

Choose how many social media clips you would like to receive per episode.

Options:

• 2 clips per episode

• 4 clips per episode

Each clip is approximately 15–60 seconds long and delivered in 9:16 (vertical) format with subtitles.

We select suitable moments from each episode and edit them into short-form videos for social media. If you have specific moments or topics you'd like us to highlight, you can let us know before editing begins.

The selected number of clips applies to every episode included in your order.

For example:

• 2 episodes + 2 clips per episode = 4 clips

• 4 episodes + 4 clips per episode = 16 clips

Two clips per episode are included in the base production.

6. Delivery time / First delivery

Choose how soon you would like to receive the first version after filming.

Options:

• 7 business days

• 14 business days

• 21 business days

Delivery time is calculated from the filming day in business days, so weekends are not included.

The selected delivery time applies separately to each episode. If multiple episodes are filmed on the same day, the same delivery time applies to all of them. Each first delivery includes the podcast episode and its social media clips.

The selected delivery time applies to the first version. If changes are needed, the included revision round takes place after the first version has been reviewed. The turnaround for revisions depends on the amount and nature of the requested changes.

Content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the podcast topics, participants and discussion content. We take care of the agreed filming, sound recording and post-production.

You can share the episode topics and other relevant information in the brief or during the kick-off meeting.

Publishing and distribution to platforms such as YouTube and Spotify are handled by you.

Graphics and additional services

Simple text animations, participant name titles and use of your provided logo and brand colours where applicable are included.

More extensive graphics, custom intro and outro animations, and other visual elements can be agreed separately.

Podcast audio jingles are also available separately, using licensed music or a custom composition, with an optional voiceover. A jingle is produced once for the podcast series, not separately for each episode. Contact us if you'd like to include one in your production.

Delivery formats

• MP4 (H.264)

• 4K or Full HD

• 16:9 (landscape) for full episodes and 9:16 (vertical) for social media clips

• Separate audio-only version of each episode (MP3)

• Subtitles as an .srt file for full episodes and subtitles burned into social media clips

• Delivery via download link (Google Drive or similar)

Usage rights and copyrights

Unless otherwise stated, you receive a two-year license to use the delivered videos and audio in paid advertising and in your own channels.

After this period, you may continue using the videos and audio in your own channels for non-paid purposes.

Extended usage rights can be agreed separately.

Visual Goods (blind huck Oy, 3390334-5 / FI33903345) retains the copyrights to all produced material.

Pricing and payment

No payment is required at checkout.

We invoice:

• 50% after the production details are confirmed and the production agreement is e-signed

• 50% after final delivery

Revisions

One revision round is included (first version → revisions → final delivery).

For Video Podcast productions, the revision round covers all episodes and social media clips included in each delivered set. If episodes are delivered at different times, each set can be reviewed separately.

Further changes can be agreed separately and are billed at €150/h (+ VAT).

Travel and accommodation costs

Travel is included within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa.

For locations outside Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa:

• Kilometer compensation: €0.60/km (+ VAT), calculated for the round trip using the shortest Google Maps route: Kallio, Helsinki → filming location → Kallio

• Travel time: €100/h (+ VAT). The first 2 hours of total round-trip travel time are included. Only travel time exceeding 2 hours is billed. For example, 4 hours of total travel time means 2 billable hours.

• Overnight accommodation: €250/night (+ VAT) if the filming location is more than 200 km one way from Kallio, Helsinki

For multiple filming sessions outside these areas, travel and accommodation costs are calculated separately for each session.

Payment terms

• Productions up to €3,000 (+ VAT): 7 days

• Productions over €3,000 (+ VAT): 14 days

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
