1. Order and select your options

Choose the final video length and amount of source material, add the product to your cart and place your order.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days after your order.

2. Upload your footage and complete the brief

After ordering, you’ll receive a link to upload your footage and a guided brief form where you can tell us what the video is for, what you would like it to communicate and anything in the material you would particularly like us to use.

You can decide whether you’d like to have a kick-off meeting with us. A kick-off meeting booking link is available in both your order confirmation and the brief.

If any of your selections need to be adjusted after we review the material and brief, we agree on the changes and final price together before editing starts.

Once the production details are confirmed, you’ll receive an e-signable production agreement.

3. Editing

We review the source material and build the video around the agreed direction.

The final result depends on what is available in the footage you provide. Image quality, sound quality, the content that was captured and the variety of usable material can all affect what can be achieved in editing.

4. First delivery

We send you the first version within 7 business days after we have received the required source material and the production details have been confirmed.

5. Review and final delivery

After reviewing the first version, if changes are needed, one revision round is included.

We then make the agreed changes and deliver the final video files. The turnaround for revisions depends on the amount and nature of the requested changes.

1. Final video length

Choose the approximate length of the finished video.

Options:

• Up to 30 seconds

• 1–3 minutes

• 3–5 minutes

Choose the option that includes the length you need. For example, if you need an approximately 2-minute video, choose 1–3 minutes.

2. Length of your material

Choose the option that covers the total length of the source material you will send us to edit.

Options:

• Up to 5 minutes

• Up to 10 minutes

• Up to 20 minutes

• Up to 30 minutes

• More

This refers to the total duration of all the footage you provide for the production, not the length of the finished video.

If you select More, the displayed price is a starting price. Please let us know in the brief approximately how much source material you have. Once we know the amount of material and what you would like us to create from it, we’ll confirm the final price with you before editing starts.

Source material

The quality and content of the source footage affect what can be achieved in the final video.

We can work with footage from different cameras, phones and existing content libraries, but the final resolution, framing and image quality depend on the material provided.

Delivery formats

• MP4 (H.264)

• ProRes 422 HQ available if needed

• 4K or Full HD, depending on the source material

• 16:9 (landscape), 9:16 (vertical) and 1:1 (square), where the source material allows

• Subtitles: .srt file + a version with subtitles burned into the video

• Delivery via download link (Google Drive or similar)

Usage rights and copyrights

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the footage, music, graphics and other materials you provide for the production.

Unless otherwise stated, you receive a two-year license to use the delivered video in paid advertising and in your own channels.

After this period, you may continue using the delivered video in your own channels for non-paid purposes.

Extended usage rights can be agreed separately.

Rights to material supplied by you remain with their respective rights holders. Visual Goods (blind huck Oy, 3390334-5 / FI33903345) retains the copyrights to the original work created by us as part of the production.

Pricing and payment

No payment is required at checkout.

We invoice:

• 50% after the production details are confirmed and the production agreement is e-signed

• 50% after final delivery

Revisions

One revision round is included (first version → revisions → final delivery).

Further changes can be agreed separately and are billed at €150/h (+ VAT).

Payment terms

• Productions up to €3,000 (+ VAT): 7 days

• Productions over €3,000 (+ VAT): 14 days

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the invoices in accordance with applicable regulations.
